Mutual Funds
SIP and lumpsum investing, goal-based planning for a home, education or retirement, and reviews of your existing funds.
Two Ways to Invest
SIP or lumpsum — or both?
Mutual funds allow you to invest your money in a mix of shares, bonds, and other assets managed by professional fund managers. They help you invest according to your financial goals, budget, and risk-taking ability.
Monthly · SIP

- Discipline and rupee-cost averaging
One-time · Lumpsum
Lumpsum Investment
Invest a larger amount at once — for example a bonus, maturity proceeds or savings. It can also be staggered into the market through a systematic transfer plan.
- Start with
- A larger one-time amount
- Works best for
- Investing surplus funds or windfalls
- Key benefit
- Full amount invested from day one

FAQ
Questions investors often ask.
Can’t find your answer here? Our team will walk you through it.
01Can I stop or change my SIP?
Yes. SIPs can usually be paused, increased, reduced or stopped. Units already bought stay invested unless you redeem them.
02How quickly can I withdraw my money?
Most open-ended funds pay redemption proceeds within a few working days. ELSS funds have a 3-year lock-in, and some funds charge an exit load if you redeem early.
03What is the expense ratio?
It is the annual fee a fund charges to manage your money, deducted from the fund’s value. Lower costs leave more of the return with you, so we always compare it.
04How often should I review my funds?
Once or twice a year is usually enough — or when your goals change. Frequent switching based on short-term performance tends to hurt returns.
